Sacred Anger Practice

Slow it down, feel it more.

In this practice I recommend headphones, a towel to “wring” out (dry) or a pillow. You will also want to place yourself close to a wall to have your feet press into the wall with butt slightly lifted. At the end of the practice feel free to extend your legs straight (legs up the wall pose) rest and receive any messages from your higher self, its all inside you.
