I’m Linzee

I believe every woman carries an ancient wisdom inside her that’s older than words. My job isn’t to teach you anything it’s to help you remember what you already know.

I’m a life artist, embodiment mentor, author, and eternal student of the body’s magic. I co-create retreats around the world, I’ve danced on some of the biggest stages alive, and I’ve also sat in the darkest corners of my own mind. I know both worlds intimately.

Here’s the truth nobody told me for way too long: you are not broken. You never were. You don’t need to be fixed, you need to be felt. Life isn’t something to white-knuckle your way through, numbing the edges and waiting for things to get better. It gets to be bright. Messy and radiant and full. It gets to be yours.

I’ve been brought to my knees by grief, addiction, and the kind of loss that rewires you. I’m grateful for every bit of it because it led me back to my body, and my body led me home. Now I walk alongside women who are done just surviving and ready to remember what it feels like to be truly, wildly alive.

I am a Breathwork facilitator, trained in modalities including Somatic Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, life coaching, Master Yoga teacher, CPT, and a wealth of Somatic-based movement techniques for nervous-system range.

my intention is the ability to relate & connect with women around me from wholeness. My approach is dynamic and full of fire, rooted in humility and relatability all while holding space for you to turn your shadows into super powers! My work embodies trust, evolution, alignment, and safety.
